Driven by my own journey into Ayurveda and my quest for answers to regain control over my health and lifestyle, I sought a slower pace to truly connect with my needs and understand my symptoms. In 2022, I embarked on a dream project “Reclaim the Home Within You,” introducing the phrase withINbetween to the essence of constant transition and adaptation. Life is a continuous cycle of growth, change, and balance, and I’ve discovered that slowing down and listening is essential.
I observe how my body reacts to food, sleep, movement, and their absence.
I recognize responses to stress and discomfort to learn what helps and what doesn’t.
My journey into Ayurveda inspired this space to share my experiences with women seeking change.

This journey, inspired by the Indian philosophy of Ayurveda, is designed to be intuitive, so you don’t need to concern yourself with terminology, doshas, or elements. Instead, we will focus on habits, whether small or significant. While I'm excited to share the foundations of Ayurveda, my priority is to relieve you of any complexity and help you apply this ancient wisdom in a simplified way.

While Ayurveda Lifestyle is the foundation of my practice, my sessions aren’t overly technical, and don’t require my clients memorize Sanskrit terminology. We’ll focus on healing habits through simple changes and shifting mindsets around guilt, shame, blame, and accountability. If like me, you discover a special love for Ayurveda, I can share more, but this space is still beneficial for everyone.
A single session works best for those who have done some self-accountability work and want to tackle minor obstacles. For beginners, a minimum commitment is essential for tangible results. I want to inspire you to try new things, so here’s what I can offer:
